A Review - October
October presented itself as an interesting month. Brigitte had been offered a permanent position in the city so this put us in a more secure position to seriously consider buying a house. Reagan is our real estate agent who has been very patient with us while we viewed house after house. Well… this month we found one and put in an offer. On the ninth I went to the house as it was having an inspection done to see if there were any problems we should be aware of. You know… a mechanic looking over a car before you buy…
Anyway it had snowed the night before and when I came out of the house I found a tiny patch of ice under the snow as I approached my van and took a rather nasty fall. My left foot went out from under me and I watched as I (seemed to be slow motion) slowly fell and my left foot (now askew) and leg slid under the van. That is when I felt it pop. Reagan helped me up and I could move but went to the emergency to have it looked at. Anyway I left the ER with a broken foot and now a schedule that would be delayed.
Be that as it may we went ahead with the deal on the house and I managed to make it to the studio for the one shoot I had scheduled some time ago and wanted to be sure was done. Kymberli has always been good at being there early and doing her absolute best to improve her skills in the studio and this was a large shoot with Kendra (MUA/Stylist) attending as well for different looks. So with the few days before my foot and whatever I could salvage I will simply review the month in photos…
